The Healthy Vegan Raw Food Lifestyle - Why You Should Adopt It

There are so many sick and unhealthy people in the world today. For the majority of these people, their diet is shockingly unhealthy and they really don't care what they put into their bodies. Sometimes it's not that they don't care, but it's that they have little knowledge on healthy eating. So, what happens to these people if they keep eating junk food over a long period of time?
These people eventually go from being merely unhealthy to very, very sickCan their sick bodies ever become healthy again? I mean, so much damage has already been done by gorging themselves daily on fast foods, fatty foods, and not to mention, too much food. Well, guess what? They can become healthy again - it is possible. But how?
Become healthy again with a Raw Vegan Lifestyle
It's all about adopting a new lifestyle and healthy eating plan - a complete lifestyle overhaul. What I highly recommend to achieve this is venturing down the road of a healthy raw food vegan diet. Hear me out please, since this way of eating can seriously reverse all of your body damage and major health problems. I call the vegan raw food diet the "Mother of All Diets". All other diet plans do not even come close!
Amazing Health Benefits
You see, eating raw living foods gives the body ridiculous energy boosts, clears up skin problems, helps the body get rid of excess fat, makes a person feel more mentally stable and at inner peace, and gives a person an amazing newfound zest for life. How do I Know this? Well, I personally eat a high percentage of raw foods and super-juices in my diet on a regular basis, and I feel absolutely great by doing this! When I eat these amazing living foods, I seriously never want to eat anything that would harm my body again. I just want the feeling of pure health and natural bliss to continue. I truly feel like I'm on cloud nine when I eat large doses of these superfoods.
But hang on, raw foods taste disgusting, right?
Wrong.
Raw foods taste GREAT!
I kid you not; raw foods really have a superior taste and freshness than any cooked food ever will. Try making for yourself a Super-Salad with sprouts, mungbeans, avocado, corn, onion, carrots, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and grated beetroot. It is to die for! And you will have an energy boost that will last all day long! Or why not try eating just fruit for breakfast and morning tea? Maybe even treat yourself to some freshly squeezed orange juice. Your skin will start to clear up and weight will start to fall off - just because you decided to eat only fruit in the mornings. How cool is that!

How to Create Healthy Bones and Joints

Overview
The human skeleton is truly a wonder of God's creation. It is made up more than 200 different bones, all of which are vital to motion and mobility.
Ligaments and cartilage are used to hold two bones together to form joint or a point of articulation. It is our joints that give us flexibility and motion, otherwise we would be rigid and not be able to pivot, stretch, bend or swivel
All the bones in our body form a joint with another bone with the exception on one bone which is the hyoid located in the neck.
Joints are classified in the human body based on their range of movement. The three primary classes of joint types are:
diarthrosis - those that provide maximum movement in several directions
symphyses - those that provide very little movement, and lastly
synarthroses -those that provide no movement all or are rigid.
As we grow older due to improper diet and a lack of regular physical exercise our bone health deteriorate or become brittle and in some people the joints begin to develop disease such as arthritis causing us to become less flexible. It is therefore essential that we make sure that our bones and joints are healthy if we are to have a long and active lifestyle.
There are many products on the market, prescription drugs and organic, that are available to improve bone health and flexibility, but not all perform the same or come without side effects. It is quite evident that finding the right product(s) to combat bone and joint deterioration is no easy task and require many hours of research. Best Way To Lose Weight - Eating To Lose Weight Fast

Sounds like a contradiction doesn't it... aren't you meant to stop eating in order to lose weight? Well that's exactly what the majority of people believe because that's what everyone's been told for decades. Thank goodness for scientific research and technology we are now discovering that some of the old beliefs about dieting are being proven wrong. Many people still struggle with weight problems and are forever seeking the best way to lose weight.
It's true your metabolism doesn't burn calories as efficiently as it did when you were in your teens or 20's. However what many people aren't aware of is the fact there are certain things you can do to counteract this as you get older. In other words there are ways to keep your metabolism operating more efficiently well into your 40's & 50's so that you can continue to burn off those excess calories, keep trim and at the same time add some lean muscle mass to your body.
Eating Your Way To A Trimmer Body
I recently came across an article which literally said eating your way to a trimmer, leaner body and at the same time lose 24lbs in six weeks. Now having a weight problem myself I thought this was interesting. The bottom line was... everyone is different... everyone has a different metabolism and as you age you need to adapt your eating habits to meet the changing needs of your body.
A good example of this is... when your younger your body tends to use carbohydrates more efficiently ( for energy) and so a diet with plenty of carbs is not a major. However as you get older you may need to cut back on your carbs ( which also releases insulin ) which can help increase fat levels and include more proteins... now this is just one of many factors to consider and something that I would never have been aware of had I not read this article.
Genetics Is No Longer An Excuse
Apparently the excuse about genetics doesn't hold water anymore. This method of eating to lose weight dispels all that, as this will work no matter what your genetic make-up is. The method advocates certain foods which can actually rejuvenate and stimulate your metabolic rate, likewise eating the wrong foods can actually stop your metabolism from working. So the question on my mind after reading this was... OK so what foods do I eat, how much of them and at what time of the day? The second question was, so what foods do I need to avoid given my age and current weight.
So this method is not about crash dieting fads, it's about identifying what body type you have and eating the right foods for your body type which is going to keep your metabolism burning off those excessive calories and at the same time maintaining lean muscle mass. I thought if I could achieve this, it would be a dream come true.
Looking Good Feeling Good
I would look and feel good, have the energy to keep up with family and friends. I could start going to the gym, take longer walks or runs and get involved in sporting activities I would love to do. Looking good and feeling good, that's me. Out with the old and in with the new. Can't wait to get started!
